Items can be returned or exchanged and must be received by us within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Please note: jewelry and sale items are NOT RETURNABLE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, face masks, or jewelry.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
